Remembrance of Allama Iqbal

On 20th April, large number of Pakistanis and their Turkish Friends remembered Allama Muhammad Iqbal, the national poet of Pakistan, at Pearl Institute (Formerly known as Anatolia Cultural & Dialogue Centre.)
The program started by brunch that included varieties of food from Turkish Cuisine.
Following the brunch, a presentation about the life of Allama Iqbal was presented by Dr. Anwarul Haq, the Public Relation Manager of PSAHK. In his introduction, Dr Anwarul Haq gave key points to the youth in the audience from the ideology and perspective of Allama Iqbal and emphasized on Iqbal’s efforts to have peaceful environment between Pakistan & India.
Afterwards, Professor Minhaj, Professor of Quaid-i-Azam Chair in Pakistan Studies at the Department of Government and International Studies, HKBU, talked about Iqbal’s message to those who are living in this contemporary life. In his speech, Professor Syed expressed some important cures for the problems of humanity and nations through the messages of Allama Iqbal.
The event ended with appreciations and good wishes for better.
